**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Develop project plans, including defining project goals, deliverables, resource requirements, budget and contract milestones
- Project Engineering responsibility focused on BISEP®, hot tapping (intervention), BI-STOP and Tecno Plug® product lines
- Assist preparation of detailed quotations for project related enquiries including the compilation of all relevant engineering, manufacturing and assembly/testing costs
- Assist with field surveys as required
- Coordinate of all technical documentation required for the project including engineering drawings, test procedures, operational procedures and risk assessment
- Ensure Manufacturing Request Forms are issued for all components associated with the project
- Ensure drawings are issued to manufacturing department in a timely manner to suit Project Schedule
- Write all necessary ‘in house’ testing procedures relative to each project undertaken
- Ensure Assembly and Test Request Forms are raised and Assembly/Test Work pack is issue to workshop
- Coordinate Revenue Reports upon completion of project
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Manage project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and reports
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies

**Individual Quality and Safety Responsibilities**:

- To comply with STATS Integrated Management System when carrying out project engineering tasks
- comply with STATS and Client quality, safety and environmental management systems and procedures at all time
- Ensure all accidents / incidents / near misses / hazards are immediately reported to the QHSE team

**Skills**:

- Sound engineering background with process/pipeline and onshore pipeline experience essential
- Hot Tapping, line stop and/or pipeline plugging, including welding, particularly in-service welding experience beneficial
- Knowledge of and experience with isolation plug technology
- Mechanical or fabrication engineering qualification and/or very strong practical oil and gas background
- Client liaison and financial awareness skills are essential as part of project engineering
- Strong technical writing skills
- Valid drivers license
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project, AutoCAD and MathCAD
- Solid understanding of project management principles, and best practices
- Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Microsoft AX system would be an advantage

**Qualifications**:

- Eng and registration with APEGA (or Chartered membership of IMechE or similar) desirable
