**Factory Appliance Service Technician**

**Shift**: Day Shift with the opportunity for overtime in the evenings and on the weekends

**Location**: Toronto (Brampton Warehouse on site)

**Reporting to**: Regional Service Manager

- Provide positive consumer interaction at the highest level
- Maintain relationships with 3rd Parties
- Daily interaction with Colleagues, Dispatcher and Customer Care
- Be available on short notice during business days to support as required
- Have a strong technical understanding of computers to navigate all of Miele’s systems
- Support the regional business as required

**We think it would be awesome if you have**:

- Experience in appliance service and repair is an asset
- Gas Appliance Service Technician Certificate or equivalent is an asset
- CFC Recovery Ticket is an asset
- PC proficiency is a must for our highly advanced service department
- Experience with European equipment also an asset
- Must have a valid driver’s license
