The Springhill Group of Companies are Fredericton based and locally owned and operated. Our companies operate commercial rock quarries, build and pave roads, and construct larger commercial and institutional buildings throughout the province of New Brunswick.

We currently have General Labour position open on our road crew. Monday-Friday 50+ hours per week.

**Duties**:

- Perform various physical tasks, including but not limited to digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites
- Operate hand tools and equipment as required
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

**Requirements**:

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license.
