Shipper/receiver/forklift Operator

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver/Forklift Operator to join our team. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility. You will play a key role in coordinating activities, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Organize and optimize warehouse space to maximize storage capacity and efficiency.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff on proper handling, storage, and inventory control procedures.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to coordinate timely receipt and shipment of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and disposals.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
- Implement and maintain efficient workflows and standard operating procedures for warehouse operations.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, or warehouse processes.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost savings in warehouse operations.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in logistics or a related field is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or similar role in a warehouse environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (relevant certifications preferred).
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Salary**: $18.65-$23.38 per hour
