**Overview**

The Hydronic/Pneumatic Tester is responsible for testing and inspecting a variety of Thermon Steam/Electric Core products to ensure its conformance to customer specifications and meeting the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities includes**:

- Conduct testing Hydronic cores using Hydrostatic tester and visual inspection to ensure each outbound product meets the customer's specifications and regulatory bodies.
- Pneumatic test FX subassemblies and finish cores.
- Inspect welds for defects.
- Conduct process verification checks based on documented work instructions/travel sheet.
- Ready to do general assembly when the scope of operations is low and willing to be crossed trained in other production areas.
- Follow and uphold Thermon safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- Hydro testing experience is an asset
- GED or High School Diploma
- Able to use hand tools
- Computer literate
- Basic math skills
- Able to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
