The incumbent works with business partners across Desjardins to write content related to these mandates and has excellent oral and written communication skills.

General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities- Contributes towards the Desjardins Agent Network business goals by developing strategic communications plans with flawless execution- Plan and execute various internal communications tactics including developing work back schedules, communication plans and quick execution in a fast-paced environment- Identifies needs, advises business partners and develops action plans with respect to internal communication initiatives, according to recognized Desjardins practices- Works as a senior Communications member to work on strategic projects and executive communications-
- Creates clear and compelling communications in various formats- Establishes and maintains a network of internal partners and external suppliers to assist with communication needs- Ensures compliance with regulations, standards and processes for communicating information. Follows the review processes in place- Adheres to privacy standards and meets risk management expectations.

Other working conditions- The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work #LI-Hybrid- Travel: May be expected to travel and work irregular hours 5%- Number of jobs available: 1

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Public Relations- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience- Formal business or corporate communications experience- Insurance industry experience (an asset)

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

Specific knowledge- Knowledge in a communications role (an asset)- Complete proficiency in English
