Silver Hills has opened a new retail location that bakes up delicious sprouted grain and gluten free items fresh in store This new concept has been a long time in the making and we are looking for the right people to come and join our growing team

In the heart of Abbotsford, our new location is at the McCallum Junction, right across the parking lot from Cabela’s. This high traffic area has increased the awareness of the healthy and delicious items we bring to the community of Abbotsford, after all, our goal is to “educate, empower, and inspire people to live healthier lives.”

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make all food orders as requested in a consistent and timely matter
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare soup and salad for the next day’s orders
- Prepare veggies and other items needed for daily orders
- Manage inventory of food supplies
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Ensure the kitchen area is clean and ensure dishes are done each shift
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 plus years of cooking experience
- Food safety certificate
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Basic understanding of Microsoft programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Office)

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
