**Commercial Coordinator**

Chef Brandz Inc. is a Food manufacturing management company focused on culinary product development, menu design and production. We specialize in retail and foodservice development of fresh and frozen foods with a strong culinary influence. In addition to our own branded products, we have worked extensively on developing private label food products and HMR menus for some of the largest retailers and airlines in Canada and internationally.

**Job duties**
- Work with clients through all stages of the development process, providing clear and directive feedback to internal teams to ensure project and account directives remain on track and address sidebar concerns.
- Create compelling and creative presentations including research, graphics, structure etc.
- Collaborate with R&D Chefs and procurement team during development of new product specifications and ensure appropriate process controls are in place for the ongoing delivery of product standards, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Assist with new commercial product launches to ensure that all internal timelines are on track as assigned.
- Work closely with operations, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Identify local and national marketplace initiatives, including special promotions and incentive programs to development sales within existing key accounts.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a food production company, product development or high-volume catering environment.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role.
- Previous experience in food retail or airline catering environment is a strong asset.
- Strong Power Point and presentation capabilities
- Highly self-motivated and results oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage shifting expectations and priorities and accomplish tasks within assigned timelines and budget.
- Strong technical skills; intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and experience with project management software
- Previous experience with Quickbooks
- Excellent oral/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and relationship management. English fluency is essential.

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
