There are many different shifts available including: day-time, evening and weekend, with both virtual and in-person options. The position is quite flexible and we can work with you to create your dream job

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a master’s degree in counselling psychology, social work or a related field
- Registration with the BCACC as an RCC or registration with the BCCSW as an RSW
- Minimum of 2 years of counselling experience post-graduate school.
- Professional liability insurance

- Self-motivated clinicians who appreciate the flexibility of setting their own schedules without the stress of marketing/client acquisition
- A commitment to maintaining a caseload of at least 12 clients per week
- A commitment to ongoing professional growth and development
- A strong interest in being part of a supportive, team-oriented workplace focused on peer collaboration and professional growth

**Additional Assets**:

- Ability to see clients during evening and/or weekend hours
- Experience and interest in working with children and youth
- Specialised training and experience working with specific populations (e.g., eating disorders, trauma, OCD, autism, ADHD)
- Completion of training in somatic approaches (e.g., Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing), EMDR, or Internal Family Systems

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting individual counselling sessions in person (option to also add virtual services)
- Conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans
- Use of evidence-based practices
- Maintaining timely clinical records
- Participate in regular consultation meetings with other members of the clinic
