**Title**: Payables Analyst

**Location**: Retail Operations Centre (ROC), Fredericton, New Brunswick

**Closing date**: January 30, 2023

**Position Summary**:
**Key position Responsibilities**:

- ** Financial Accounting **- Ensure applicable financial transactions are complete, reliable, and compliant with internal policies and other applicable legislation; maintain a solid understanding of the charts of accounts.
- ** Reporting **- Prepare internal and external reports and requests for information, as required.
- ** Vendor Reconciliations **- Perform regular vendor reconciliations and investigate/ rectify discrepancies.
- ** Process Documentation **- Regularly review and update all assigned standards, processes, and procedural documentation to ensure they are accurate and complete.

**What you need to be successful**:

- College diploma in accounting, or equivalent
- Effective time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Customer service focus
- Confidentiality and discretion required

**It would be fantastic if you also had**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics 365

**Location**
- The Retail Operations Centre located in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
- Semi-regular travel for meetings and project work will be required.
