**Business Analyst, Capital Markets**:

**What you’ll do**:

- Understanding various capital market product attributes from upstream, e.g. Fixed Income/US treasuries, Repos, etc.
- Performing data gap analysis, systems, processes and procedures as required for the project.
- Create reporting mapping logic or requirement document
- Communicating requirement to development and QA, performing testing, coordinating UAT testing and assisting production implementation
- Contributing to the process re-engineering and process improvement where applicable.
- Supporting user’s training and documentation as needed.
- Report the BA team working status and raise concerns or issues that may hinder the project progress as planned to management and PMs

**What you bring to the role**:

- Experience in systems implementation, process improvements or systems re-engineering projects with a banking organization or consulting company.
- Regulatory reporting experience
- Lead BA - experience as PO or PM
- Capital Markets experience
- Proven expertise with Fixed Income/US treasuries, Repos, Broadridge experience & Apex system (Repos).
- Knowledge in trade life cycle
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, should be able to present to executives.
- Must have the ability do hands on work with requirements writing, leading the team, ensure tech teams are delivering well.
- Must have agile experience as they will be working in Jira.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an Onsite position requiring 3 days a week in a client office in Toronto, ON. Canada.
