Alpha Auto Group ("AAG") is a growing and nationally focused auto dealer group based in Toronto, with various locations across Canada and the USA. AAG’s mission is deeply rooted in delivering best in class service for our valued customers by putting our customers first through world class service.

With the ever increasing demand for support and service in the auto industry, some of our **Ottawa locations** are looking for **Service Advisor** to join the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work directly with customers and technicians to ensure that there is ongoing communication and effective operations within the service department.
- Work under timelines without compromising quality of work.
- Handle all customer service related questions and concerns with a genuine intent to advise and help solve their problem.
- Build strong rapport with customers and create a customer base through effective contact methods that make sense for the customer, including inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- Considerate of the customer experience, willing to consistently commit to following through with prospecting calls and follow-up with customers within specific time frames.
- Work with KPI’s to determine areas of high and low performance and interest in continuous personal and professional growth.

**Qualifications**
- High attention to detail/organization/time management and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge of automotive servicing methods.
- Desire and excitement to work in a team-based environment and work collaboratively towards common goals.
- Deep passion and interest in human centered customer experiences.
- Comfort working with all levels of staff and customers.
- Highly effective communicator (written and verbal), interpersonal and negotiation skills in order to work with customers, colleagues and numerous outside suppliers and stakeholders.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
- Growth mindset - open to continuous coaching, feedback and support in development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 1-2 years of experience in a dealership environment is preferred but not required.

**Salary**: From $35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Automotive repair: 1 year (preferred)
