Parts Inventory Manager

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**
- Provide leadership and management to drive continuous improvement in parts fill, delivery, and efficiency of parts processes, while actively managing parts obsolescence and turn metrics.
- Create stocking logic to meet the forecasted parts demand.
- Manage ongoing relationship with key vendors and their personnel
- Business Development to ensure proper inventories of organic growth parts and innovative new business parts are properly stocked
- Work with the Analytics Department on new stocking methodology and recommendations
- Develop and implement a corporate parts stocking system to maximize parts availability
- Develop and implement an initial parts and seasonal parts inventory process
- Analyze order programs and place stock, terms and emergency orders for parts that will ensure the lowest inventory cost
- Develop and maintain a parts pricing strategy that balances gross margin and competitiveness in the marketplace
- Accountable for stocking logic management of all dealerships in their AOR.
- Responsible for strategic implementation and inventory management of all future locations in their AOR.
- Identify and implement processes to increase efficiencies within parts order planning.
- Implement supply chain solutions to provide the most efficient service to dealerships.
- Provide leadership on parts pricing strategies to ensure the organization achieves margin expectations while reaching revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities, implement strategies to market, and grow the overall parts business of Brandt Tractor.
- Provide guidance and broad communication to Dealerships and Warehouses of Brandt Tractor in their AOR.
- Working with the Analytics team, place large top up, seasonal or container load orders.
- Work with the field sales team and others to grow the parts business.
- Duties as assigned.
**Required Skills**:
Required Experience
- Must be an analytical thinker and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience within inventory management, warehousing or supply-chain is preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant parts experience and/or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Mathematics, Analytics, or similar discipline would be considered an asset
- Customer focused and comfortable with conflict resolution
