**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Professionally drive a fleet of 56-passenger charter coach buses, 21 to 24-passenger mini-buses to facilitate premium passenger transport services for tour groups, academic institutions, sports teams, corporations, industry associations, government organizations and paratransit.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in a diligent and comprehensive manner with a special focus on safety.
- Conduct and confirm customer check-ins when passengers board the bus.
- Maintain routine communication with both our Operations Dispatch Team and Maintenance Team to ensure smooth and successful charters and transportation services for our valued clients and their passengers.
- Load and unload passenger luggage, baggage and equipment when conducting pick-ups and drop-offs to and from selected travel destinations.
- Maintain exceptional customer service at all times with an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction to set the industry standard as being one of Canada’s leading bus companies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have a valid Class 1 or Class 2 license with airbrake endorsement.
- 5+ years of clean driving record and safe driving experience is very desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent post-secondary degree preferable.
- Projects a professional presence and provides exceptional customer service when interacting and engaging with valued Universal customers and their passengers.
- Passionate and committed to helping our customers.
- Applicants with flexibility towards working hours including working weekends will be given priority.
- Being able to maintain professionalism and a 'cool attitude' during high-pressure situations.
- Readiness to collaborate and work in different capacities as part of our professional Universal Coach Lines Driving Team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Contract length: 12 - 48 months

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
