Shipping Room Packer

***: Our Fergus facility is looking for a Shipping Room Packer who will report to the Production Supervisor. This position is responsible for preparing finished product for shipment out of the Fergus location.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensures that product is complete and ready for shipment
- Sealing cartons and placing on skids as required
- Completing all necessary documentation to ship product accurately
- Load trucks when required
- Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Attention to detail and persistent in completing all tasks on time
- High school diploma or equivalent work related experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good Mathematical skills is essential to ensure accuracy
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Meticulous, bondable, reliable
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures
- Previous Power Vehicle experience is considered an asset
- Computer knowledge a must
- SAP experience will be an asset
