**About the Logistics Analyst job**:
We are looking for hard working and motivated individual who can contribute to continued change and optimization of the logistics process. The Logistics Analyst will facilitate Applied Industrial Technologies Canada needs in Transportation for over 50 locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Spot Quote Requests for Freight & Parcel estimates from the field
- Maintain day to day requests from Key Stakeholders
- ERP Basic knowledge and understanding SAP
- Maintains relationship with our Customs Broker and an general understanding of Customs processes
- Set up of Spot Quote Requests for Courier, Truckload, or International Shipping
- Support the maintenance of logistics records, transportation costs, delivery performance, inventory counts and trade compliance administrative processes.
- Responsibility to perform analysis from various excel data points
- Work with multiple parties to review/audit/submit logistics and transportation activities including, but not limited to invoices, payments received, and freight claims in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues by engaging relevant stakeholders to achieve customer satisfaction
- Monitor & identify root causes and advise Key Stakeholders of potential billing issues
- Modify and Maintain KPI’s on Savings & Potential Savings in Logistics Department

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 4 years equivalent experience in the transportation industry / logistics/ or warehousing
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges.
- Willingness to learn logistics software and systems concerning logistics and transportation (i.e., TMS, WMS, ERP)
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with professionalism.
- Good MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Ability to work successfully across organizational lines with peers, others business units, and Management
- Good verbal, written, and presentation skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
