Kasa Kana is a licensed cannabis retailer in Huntsville, and we are looking to grow our team **We will be opening a new location in Bala this summer **. We are a family run business whose passions are cannabis and people. Our mission is to offer consumers an elevated experience while breaking stigmas and normalizing cannabis. We’re focused on providing high-quality products while leading with education. We want customers to feel informed, empowered, and excited about cannabis.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Pre-employment Criminal Record Check
- CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate
- 2 year plus in either sales, customer service, retail or hospitality
- Ability to diplomatically and professionally interact with customers at all times
- Meet the physical demands of a retail environment including transporting up to 11 kg
- Desire and willingness to learn about cannabis

**Responsibilities on the Job**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and educate them on responsible cannabis use
- Provide information based on ongoing learning through Licensed Producers, and Accessory brands
- Convert customer needs into sales in real-time using tablets for order processing
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of display cases
- Working with team members to fulfill orders and cash out customers
- Comprehend, apply, follow and enforce guidelines as required by industry regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
