Moradiya Properties LTD. is a leading Airbnb management company dedicated to providing top-notch services to property owners and guests. We manage multiple properties in Calgary and are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Runner/Boots-on-the-Ground Specialist to join our team.
As a Runner/Boots-on-the-Ground Specialist, you will be the eyes and ears of our Airbnb operations on the ground. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our properties are always in perfect condition and that any issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Property Inspections**: Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure that they meet our quality standards, including checking for cleanliness, damage, and overall appearance.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and restock essential supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and guest amenities.
- **Maintenance Coordination**: Identify and report maintenance issues, coordinate with service providers, and ensure timely resolution of any problems.
- **Guest Support**: Be available to assist guests with any on-site needs, such as lockouts, emergency situations, or special requests.
- **Cleaning Oversight**: Collaborate with our cleaning team to ensure properties are cleaned to the highest standards between guest stays.
- **Key Management**: Manage key exchanges and ensure secure access to properties for guests, cleaners, and maintenance personnel.
- **Delivery Management**: Accept and manage deliveries, including placing parcels or furniture in the appropriate units.
- **Furnishing and Decor**: Assist with furnishing and decorating units as needed, including assembling furniture and arranging decor to create a welcoming environment.
- **Handiness**: Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing small issues, or installing fixtures.
- **Urgent Errands**: Handle urgent tasks or last-minute requests that may arise, such as delivering items to properties or addressing unexpected issues.
- **Communication**: Maintain open communication with the property management team, providing regular updates and reports on property status.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- **Reliability**: Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintain high standards.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- **Physical Stamina**: This role may involve physical tasks, such as moving supplies, minor repairs, or climbing stairs.
- **Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to travel between properties as needed.**:
