Currently, we are actively seeking Sales and Marketing Representatives to serve as brand ambassadors for our client, Bell Canada. Fueled by cutting-edge fiber optic and wireless networks, Bell Canada delivers world-class entertainment and communication services to residential, business, and public sector customers across Canada. **What OSL Direct offers**:
- Competitive base pay, car allowance, and a lucrative uncapped commission structure, potentially totaling up to $90,000 and more based on performance. Our top performers are achieving close to six-figure incomes.

**Your role involves**:
- Driving and supporting the sale of Bell’s TV, Internet, Home Phone, and Smart Home residential product suite by being a brand ambassador, engaging residential customers face-to-face through tactics such as canvassing and cold calling.
- Working from a client-provided territory lead list to effectively market Bell products and drive sales in residential areas.
- Identifying specific customer needs and tailoring solutions to fit their lifestyle, ensuring a best-in-class customer service experience.
- Delivering a best-in-class customer experience as an ambassador of the Bell brand.
- Weekly team meetings to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results.
- Utilizing the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage your lead funnel.
- Conducting yourself with optimism, empathy, and integrity as the face of our client, Bell Canada.

- An expert in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing goals.
- Motivated by rewards (uncapped commission means unlimited earning potential).
- A demonstrated ability to be a team player.
- Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing experience are assets.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- The ability for frequent travel across the region as required.
- A flexible full-time schedule that includes availability on evenings and weekends as required.
**Compensation**:
- Base pay + uncapped commission.
- Commission is paid on top of the base salary, with most of your income coming from commissions.
- Commission is paid per service unit activated.
- The amount of commission you earn per service unit activated will increase as you hit specific sales targets bi-weekly.
