**Job Title**: Marketing/Leasing Coordinator
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales and Marketing**:
- Leverage consultative sales processes to increase tours and lease suites, focusing on achieving high occupancy rates.
- Manage the entire sales process from inquiry to tour to creative follow-up and events, resulting in high tour to deposit to move-in conversions.
- Develop and execute community-based outreach programs to promote the residence within the local area.
- Maintain quality relationships by providing support, information, and guidance, leading to future qualified referrals.
- Proactively manage the sales pipeline, including generating leads, building trust with potential residents and their families.
- Provide in-person and virtual tours to prospective clients.
- Promote and execute marketing plans, and ensure effective operation of all aspects of the sales strategy.
**2. Occupancy Management**:
- Focus on achieving and maintaining high occupancy rates in each home.
- Develop strategies to enhance occupancy rates and implement necessary actions to achieve targets.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local competition, including rates, services, and amenities.
**3. Resident and Family Service**:
- Provide assistance during the move-in process and continue to liaise with new residents and families to ensure a smooth transition.
- Ensure resolution and documentation of any issues related to sales and marketing.
- Ensure that all complaints and issues are directed to the General Manager.
**4. Communication Facilitation**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between head office and General Managers for administrative topics.
- Communicate outstanding tasks to General Managers, discuss solutions, and assist with completion if necessary.
- Monitor progress on outstanding items and provide regular updates during meetings with the head office.
**Qualifications**:
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably within the healthcare or residential sectors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Knowledge of seniors’ industry-related provincial regulations, policies, and standards is preferred.
- Experience working with older adults is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
