Accessories Specialist

The Wood Automotive Group is seeking an Accessories Specialist to join their team at Okotoks Ford Lincoln

**About the role**:
The Accessories Specialist is responsible for the overall performance and growth of sales of parts accessories and related components within the scope of the new and used car sales department operations, focusing on feature vehicles, winter tire packages and vehicle accessories that are useful, appreciated and relevant to the customers’ needs.

**Duties**:

- Providing any follow-up contact that may be required
- Solicit and forward feedback on delivery process to all parties involved
- Provide reports / updates on delivery status of all vehicles, ensuring proper sign-off has been obtained and customer is satisfied.
- Seek out business opportunities and all sales opportunities
- Perform general physical activities in order to load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand or using material handling equipment - **lifting up to 50lbs.**
