Position Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
The IRATA Level 3 technician will carry out the following
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Technicians assigned to the crew
- Review and approve time sheets and Field Level Risk Assessments, addressing deficiencies and providing constructive feedback to technicians
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, training, and skills development to technicians under your supervision
- Assist in investigating and documenting near misses, safety incidents, and non-conformances
- Serve as the primary emergency contact 24/7 through cell phone availability
- Perform necessary services in situations where no other personnel are available for the task

**Requirements**:

- IRATA Level 3 Certification
- Journeyman ticket in either Welding or Electrcial
- minimum 3 years of heavy rigging experience
- 1st aid certification and all safety certifications as required within BC
- located in Thunder Bay and/or area or willing to relocate.
