The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing and will coordinate, hands on, in all marketing activities for the organization, including but not limited to the development and execution of the Marketing plan & budget, developing and executing go-to-market strategies for products, sampling, event planning, presentations, public relations, advertising & social media.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordination of the yearly marketing plan, including needs from the sales team in their respective territories.
- Coordination of the marketing budget on a yearly basis taking into consideration the needs of the sales strategy and the marketing plan.
- Coordination of all Olon and OLFS exhibiting and attending tradeshows and maintain tradeshow list current and distributed through the Sales and Marketing team.
- Coordinate the development and design of new tradeshow booths or accessories and coordination with shipping department and the tradeshow company being used.
- Create, coordinate and manage all marketing materials and sampling necessary to support the marketing plan including partnering with production, outside vendors and sales team where necessary.
- Responsible for all website changes, updates, facelifts, etc. for Olon & OLFS as well as eblasts and social media posts.
- Coordination of sales meetings.
- Responsible for inventory of samples and promotional items needed for sales team and customer events and tradeshows, including proposing new items, coordinating and purchasing items through suppliers
- Assist Territory Managers with strategic initiatives and projects. Specialized sampling needs that can't be ordered through customer service. Customer visits, training and presentations on products, marketing services and programs. Create / update presentations for the sales team.
- Coordinating customer surveys with Corporate Sales Support Manager
- Coordinate updates to the Price Book for Canada and the US and communicate to sales.
- Reporting and market research as needed
- Create and execute an advertising plan and social Media plan, create all ads and visuals required to support that plan. Videos also where required. Public Relations, Press Releases and interviews.
- Support the Director of Marketing in product management tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**
- 5 - 7 years of marketing experience within the North American market
- Bachelors of Commerce in Marketing or equivalent
- Available for occasional business travel 10-20% of the time in North America and Europe, valid passport required
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Experience with industrial distribution, large OEMS and large retail
- Professional manner, excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
- Bilingual, English and French verbal and written skills
- Team Player, motivated and works well independently
- Collaborative approach to work, willingness to learn, to problem solve and to drive change
- Knows the business and stays current with industry trends to elevate expertise and work
- Demonstrates organizational and planning abilities
- Strong computer skills with above intermediate skill set for Microsoft Office Suite - all programs
- Some Graphic Design or Photoshop knowledge is an asset
- Available outside normal work hours as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
