**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation of worksites for septic system installations, excavation projects, and other construction activities
- Operate hand and power tools as directed by supervisors
- Operate heavy machinery such as excavators and skid steers
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Perform general labour tasks such as digging, shovelling, and lifting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of worksites
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in construction, with a focus on septic system installations and excavation
- Experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators and skid steers
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Professionalism and ability to represent the company at a high level
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects
- Safety-conscious attitude and adherence to safety regulations
