**Summer Sales Intern (91400)**

**Contract Duration: 4 months (Summer)**

**Location: Regina, SK**

**Wage: $22 - $29/hour**

**Program Summary**:
As a highly motivated undergraduate student, you will participate in a 4 - 6-month internship located within Canada.
- Enhanced career development and value delivery to BASF. Throughout the internship, BASF will host learning events for personal and professional development and an opportunity to explore possible career tracks within the company.
- Successfully engaging across the business throughout your internship will expand your network, allow you to grow personally and professionally, and learn a variety of valuable skill sets.
- All interns will be assessed throughout the summer for either a returning internship offer, or a full time offer for one of our Professional Development Rotational programs
- Your ability to be mobile will be critical as Sales locations vary.

**Formula for Success: You Will**:

- Manage and proactively call on a customer list of growers to drive BASF innovation and sales.
- Record and maintain customer information and sales progress.
- Support demonstration site tours and grower events.
- Lead field scale project and scout fields with influential growers to gain technical understanding of BASF product line.
- Communicate and collaborate with growers, retailers, and BASF staff to grow the business and enhance relationships within the industry.
- Must be able to travel within assigned Territory.

**Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You**:

- Currently enrolled in an agriculture or related degree program.
- Passionate about the industry and looking to further their sales and business management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid Driver‘s License.
