We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic chef de partie for The Wild Tart. The Wild Tart is a European style patisserie located in the heart of beautiful Elora Ontario, offering traditional afternoon tea, light fayre, lunch and brunch.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with food inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding food handling and safety

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality meals that are prepared with care. If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.

Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role is required.

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
