What’s it like working as a Web Sales Broker at ThinkInsure?
The Web Sales broker is responsible for managing insurance leads and following up on quote requests, providing exceptional service and professional advice to our valued customers, and collaborating with teammates and other departments to ensure accurate rating of risks. By joining this team, you will become part of a rapidly growing company that offers extensive training and frontline knowledge of the overall insurance industry.

- Write new business policies through inbound calls received or web leads assigned.
- Quote and write new business policies through outbound call initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed set Service Level Agreements and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and professional advice.
- Complete all applicable documentation necessary in the issuance of new business policies or as required within the role to secure new business.
- Keep up to date on brokerage and insurance company guidelines and workflow processes.
- Actively participate in training initiatives and professional development as required

- RIBO Licence required.
- 1-2+ years of sales insurance experience in personal or commercial lines preferred.
- Proven customer service and sales track record.
- Call Centre experience is an asset.
- Previous Experience in Broker Management Systems, Power Broker, Compu-Quote, CRMs and other insurance technologies is an asset
- Proficiency with Google Suite products.
- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays
Work Conditions
- Hybrid work environment with the option to work from the office and/or home.
- Moderate job stress related to meeting tight deadlines, multi-tasking multiple priorities and requests
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and mouse.
