Insulation Apprentice

Job Title: Entry-level Insulators

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist experienced insulators with batt and poly, blown-in, and spray foam insulation installation
- Handle heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Work at various job sites

Qualifications:

- No previous insulation experience required, but construction experience is preferred
- Must be able to reliably commute to Cranbrook, BC or plan to relocate before starting work
- Must be physically capable of performing the tasks required for the job
- Must be willing to work full-time on a flexible schedule, including 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts on weekdays
