Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of construction projects and providing detailed proposals to clients. Your expertise in construction estimating, negotiation, and project management will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Utilize construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam to create detailed cost breakdowns
- Prepare comprehensive proposals that outline project scope, timeline, and pricing
- Negotiate with clients and subcontractors to secure favorable pricing and contractual agreements
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates on cost variations
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and identify potential challenges or opportunities for cost savings
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control throughout the construction process

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
- Proficient in project management methodologies to effectively plan and execute construction projects
- Experience using construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Strong analytical skills to accurately assess project costs and identify potential risks or opportunities for cost savings
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously

We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
