Associate Dentist

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care, including fillings, extractions, crowns, and cleanings.
- Utilize dental software such as Dentrix for patient records management and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Educate patients on oral health practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to dental practices.
- Experience or familiarity with pediatric dentistry is preferred.
- Knowledge of dental software systems such as Dentrix or Epic is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CAD technology for restorative procedures is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
