Hardscape Foreman

Winnipeg, Canada Viking Landscaping Inc. Full time

**Minimum Requirements**
- 2-3years hardscape installation experience
- Experience managing and leading a crew
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with landscape equipment: Gas saw, packers, backhoes, mini excavators, Skid steer, etc.
- Clean and valid driver’s license
- Class 3 License is an asset

**Who You Are**
- You have minimum 2 years experience hardscape installation projects
- You’re experienced in supervising a labor crew while working alongside them in the field
- You’re experienced training crew members to learn new techniques and become more efficient
- You enjoy interacting with customers and vendors, as well as your team members
- You like the satisfaction of a job well done and pay attention to detail.

**What We Expect**
- You’ll have reliable transportation to get to the shop compound each day
- Willing and able to work 35-50+ hours per week
- Meet company standards and requirements and comply with all safety rules & regulations
- Properly use and maintain all equipment

**What the Job Looks Like**
- Long workdays outdoors in all weather
- Driving a truck & towing a trailer
- Manage crews to complete jobs on time and under budget
- Manage use of materials and track for billing
- Complete daily paperwork accurately
- Train crew members on new techniques or to improve existing knowledge
- Communicate regularly with customers and vendors
- Ensure safe operation of equipment by self and all team members
- **Starting Pay is $22-$30 per hour or more depending on experience**

**Salary**: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Skilled Labor: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
