**The Position**

This position is for someone who is comfortable managing a patient caseload, with a customer-service face-forward lens. They are proficient resolving client concerns in a professional and courteous manner. The Patient Coordinator is also in charge of ensuring that patient bookings and therapist schedules are managed effectively and that all reporting is submitted accurately and efficiently.

An excellent extended healthcare plan is offered with this position.

**Patient Coordinator duties will include**:

- Greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments for patients
- Billing for patients and managing 3rd Party Claims (WSBC, MSP, ICBC, Private Insurance)
- Receiving payments and end of day paperwork
- Overseeing reporting and report spreadsheets
- Training new staff
- Case management
- Waitlist Management
- Ensuring top-notch customer care

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills are required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Punctual and dependable
- Available to work early mornings and/or evening shifts
- Experience with the JANE booking software is an asset, but not required
- Experience managing a team is an asset, but not required
- Professional manner when it comes to the confidentiality of the clients
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
