Welcome to Wilson Ford (Formerly Bill Mathews Motors) in New Liskeard. We are presently seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our Parts Department in the capacity of **Parts Manager**. **French and English bilingual preferred.**
**Duties**:
- Manage and oversee the parts department of the dealership
- Utilize DMS (Dealer Management System) to track inventory, order parts, and manage maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales, and purchases
- Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs and maintenance
- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the parts department
- Source specialized parts as needed
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a parts management role, preferably in a Ford dealership setting - **we will train the right individual**:
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Proficiency in using DMS software for inventory management, preferably PBS
- Demonstrated experience in demand planning and forecasting
