Porduction Operator

**Job Posting**

Kwik Mix Materials Ltd is looking to fill the full-time Production Operator. The production operator will be part of a team to maintain production operation on a continuous basis. You will work with the machinery and equipment to package various cement products.

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (occasional overtime).

Shifts are typically 8 hours per day and occasional weekends.

Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor and inspect all key process control instruments and mechanical components.
- Attentive to the equipment and machinery and able to make necessary adjustments to the production line.
- Operate Forklift.
- Must be able to lift to 60lbs.
- Effective communication to production team.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Daily inspection of equipment
- Responsible for ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to Health and Safety obligations including wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment

The Production Operator must possess the following:

- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Certified Forklift operator (not required but an asset)
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Starting Wage is between $22 per hour, depending on experience.
