- Deliver outstanding service and maintain positive client interaction
- Correspond with client families to ensure alignment on health care needs and programs
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Initial assessment, development and implementation of individualized exercise programs
- Liaise between medical practitioners, clients and client family members
- Communicate with staff from nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and hospitals
- Aid clients in filing health and medical forms
- Educate on accessibility practices and transfer training
- Creation of weekly reports

**Requirements**:
- Valid class G drivers’ license
- Standard first aid and CPR
- Must have a current Police Background Check for the vulnerable sector
- Flu shot
**Qualifications**:
- Completed an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology
- Minimum 2 years experience **working with seniors** of varying levels of mobility and mental acuity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
**Additional Information**:
- Communication with the families of the client is crucial to this position. You will be able to bill for administrative work per week.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
