**Position Description**:
**Opportunity for Clinical Research Project Assistant at the SickKids Research Institute**

**Here's what you will get to do**:

- Design and conduct a survey of trial readiness across the CALM project sites in close collaboration with the CAMH Clinical Trials Unit.
- Develop a modular training plan for research integrity in clinical trials (with both virtual and in person interactive sessions) for all clinical trial personnel at the various CALM sites.
- Pilot and implement this program across all CALM sites.
- Develop and deliver a training program for conduct of clinical trials across all CALM sites.
- Assist with scheduling training visits and virtual sessions.
- Prepare data for presentations and peer-reviewed research papers, and other administrative duties as required.
- Keep abreast of regulations and policies governing clinical research.
- Develop and monitor timelines for the program.

**Here's what you will need**:

- Familiarity with clinical trial research methodology including research ethics requirements and research integrity issues.
- Superior communication skills (both oral and written), organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships in a variety of settings with individuals from diverse backgrounds..
- Previous experience in larger clinical project management.
- Proficiency in word processing, PowerPoint and database software packages.
- Previous experience with online databases (e.g., REDCap) is an asset.
- Bilingualism (French/English) and/or proficiency in a second language would be an asset.
- A commitment to understanding and aiding in the pursuit of equity, diversity and inclusion

**Employment type**: Temporary; 1 year contract (renewable for a further year), Full Time with modified benefits.
