Bdc Manager

Galaxy Motors is looking for an ambitious, tenacious,self-driven, and creative individual with a minimum of 1 year in the automotive sales industry to join our team.

As the BDC SALES REP your tasks would include but not be limited to;
- achieving daily/monthly targets
- achieving a 40% showroom rate from all combined internet leads
- managing online leads from all sources
- acquiring and generating new business
- creating a positive environment
- exceptional telephone manner, grammar and spelling (we place a lot of value on being personable and happy to help)
- exceptional response times to convert into a min of 40% showroom visit
- strong customer relationship building skills
- ability to think like a customer in order to provide the best possible sales experience
- extreme attention to detail
- ability to multi-task and be consistent in delivery
- ability to respond to customers with courtesy, knowledge, personality and speed
- a valid class 5 drivers licence
- ability to drive manual transmission

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
