Warehouse Associate

'Acadian Maple Products, located on busy Peggys Cove Road in Upper Tantallon, is looking for an energetic full-time Warehouse employee to join our sweet team Acadian Maple is authentically Nova Scotian, with 40 years of continuous operation as a leading maple food products manufacturer and retailer. Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips or invoices.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and participating in inventory audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Assist with production operation as needed.
- Venture into customer relations including deliveries and sales.
- Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Experience driving forklift (extended reach truck)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
