Rigger Helper

_**Department**: Warehouse Operations_
- **Location**: Saint Laurent_
- **Reporting to**: Terminal manager_
- **Core shift**:Days (M-F) ; flexible schedule, weekends on demand/occasional_

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Assist in delivery and installation
- Assist driver and dispatch with other duties as required including but not limited to communications with both the customer and dispatch, completing paperwork, and assist with navigation
- Complete required paperwork accurately and legibly
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Ability to solve problems as they arise while on road
- Provide consistent on-time pickup and delivery service performance
- Communicates priorities in a professional manner with shipping, receiving and dispatcher
- Ability to operate a mobile computing device
- Portray a professional image as a representative of SCI White Glove Inc. including the maintenance and presentation of vehicle, uniform, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision

- Perform other general warehousing duties as assigned by Management.
- Other duties as assigned

**General Requirements**:

- Lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly up and down stairs/ramps, and into office spaces with or without mechanical assistance.
- Ability to operate Material Handling Equipment (pallet jacks, stair climbers, dollies etc.)
- Previous experience with handling high end commercial electronics i.e. printers, photo copiers, bank machines, preferred.
- Previous experience with Load Securement practices
- Complete daily trip reports and record delivery activities
- Flexible work schedule required.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service through interactions with customers
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow process and be detail oriented
- Must have clean Criminal back ground check
