Shipping Coordinator

Master Packaging Inc. the leader of corrugate and folding carton packaging is currently seeking a self-motivated and energetic individual to join our team as **Shipping Coordinator** in the Borden, Prince Edward Island location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for his/her team
- Plan and coordinate carriers for shipments of finished goods, transfers of products to the Dieppe Plant and waste loads.
- Process receipts of raw material, such as corrugated masters, etc.
- Update CHEP Pallet system with all inbound and outbound movements
- Update Yard List inventory of empty and full trailers, plus planned shipments.
- Assisting accounting with reconciliation of outstanding items, Packing slips.
- Processing tag quantity adjustments
- Backup for the Shipping Supervisor, Roll Receiver and Shipper roles

**Requirements**:

- Excellent attendance record
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to details
- Work well in a team environment with minimum supervision
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- Excellent adherence to company policies and procedures
- Forklift certification & experience required
- Shipping and/or Receiving experience is preferred
- Fall Arrest & Elevated Work Platform training is an asset

**Salary**: $21.75 per hour
