Landscape Foreperson

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a **Landscape Foreperson** to support our crews in KW and surrounding areas. In this role, you will supervise, coordinate, and schedule the day to day work activities of a landscape construction crew. You will train crew members with onsite training in skills and methods of landscape installation in line with Earthscape standard operating procedures and quality expectations. You will also plan labor requirements, equipment requirements and material deliveries and timing to ensure completion of job(s) within the deadline. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, and provide any required oversight on location. In addition, you will maintain and enforce standards of safety. cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsites, and shop/yard areas.

- Have 5+ years of experience across a broad range of landscaping construction site work, including concrete, masonry, carpentry, site layout, site grading and installing and maintaining water features;
- Have experience reading and interpreting scaled drawings;
- Demonstrates leadership by example and the ability to engage others in the accomplishment of tasks in an efficient and organized way;

**Job Type**:Full Time Seasonal

**Compensation**: $32-40/hour depending on experience
