Finance Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Business Analyst who will report to the Manager, Finance Marketing and Powersports Group. As part of your role, you will develop the finance marketing practice and support the financial management of the marketing organization. To achieve that, you will partner with senior marketing leaders to manage and optimize their operating budget and strategic initiatives.

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Partner with the marketing leadership team to understand the dynamics of their strategies and provide them accurate and insightful financial analysis to enable key strategic decisions.

Structure the business case and perform ongoing monitoring of the implementation progress, performance metrics and ROI.

Support teams to develop their annual budgets and quarterly forecast, set financial goals, and provide regular reporting and variance analysis to track progress against strategic initiatives.

Optimize the allocation of the marketing budget between each product line and type of initiative, supported by a data-driven decision process to maximize ROI.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A bachelor's degree is required in Accounting or Finance, with an interest in marketing.

Excellence in financial modelling and analytics.

Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

The ability to dive deep, invent and simplify, and learn and be curious.

A passion for metrics and figures with attention to detail.
