**Pest Control Technician Responsibilities**
Include:
- Providing customer service during visits and dispatches
- Managing all on-site maintenance & tasks
- Diagnosing customer's pest issue(s) & determining proper solutions
**Job Brief**
We are looking for a self-starter, Pest Control Technician, to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximize customer retention while maintaining profitability.
**Qualifications**:.
- Hard working, dependable, honest & good physical condition.
- Driver’s license with clean driving abstract.
- No Criminal Record
- Strong Attention to Detail
- This position requires some physical labor, working on heights, crouching & kneeling
- Ability to work in small spaces such as attics & crawlspaces
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Available to work Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday as needed
- Available for occasional overnights
- Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by Provincial/Federal regulations
- Must pass pre-employment background screen and drug test
**Desired Work Experience**
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Documentation - Clear writing/printing skills
- No Pest Control experience necessary
**Education**
- High school diploma or GED
**Skills**
- Ability to complete basic construction tasks
- Knowledge in basic Math - Area, Perimeter, etc
- Communication, Communication, Communication
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
