RESPONSABILITÉS
- Accueil client et vente suggestive
- Nettoyage et entretien courant des zones de production et de consommation
- Préparation de boissons et d'aliments selon les normes de recettes Columbus
- Entretien des équipements et du matériel
- Fermeture du point de vente et nettoyage des locaux et du matériel
- Fermeture et ouverture de caisse
- Participation aux opérations promotionnelles et marketing
- Accompagnement à la formation des baristas juniors

Columbus Cafe has opened up a new location in Fairvew, Pointe-Claire, and we are looking to expand our team with individuals who are passionate about the industry and want to be a part of a fast growing team.

As a BARISTA at Columbus, you are the first extension of our core principle to our local community, approaching each interaction with warmth, enthusiasm, and respect. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer reception and suggestive sales
- Cleaning and ongoing maintenance of production and consumption areas
- Preparation of beverages and food based on the Columbus recipe standards
- Maintenance of equipment and materials
- Closing of sales outlet and cleaning of premises and equipment
- Cash register closing and opening
- Participation in promotional and marketing operations
- Training support for junior baristas

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Collaborative in team settings and fast-paced environments
- Building relationships with colleagues and customers
- Being warm, welcoming and smiling

If you work efficiently in team and collaborative settings, passionate about building relationships and offering warm customer service, we are looking to work with you

**Salary**: From $15.25 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
