Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dispensary.

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills and a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Proven ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong personal computing skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service and a strong sense of professionalism
- Inventory management experience
- Experience with compounding is an asset
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A positive, cooperative, and team-oriented attitude

**Experience**:

- 1 year of experience working in a busy pharmacy dispensary
- In-depth knowledge of KROLL paperless system

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate and complete documentation is entered into the appropriate systems to maintain high-quality customer service
- Data entry, measuring, packaging and labeling
- Prepare and process billings, claims and related documents
- Aid in assigned tasks
- Work collaboratively with Pharmacist, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy assistants to ensure the operations are maintained appropriately
- Assisting in the daily operation of the pharmacy, including coordinating with different departments of the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.50 per hour
