**Elementary/Junior High Teacher Wanted**

**Position Requirements**

After-school and evening hours (3:00pm - 7:00pm) and possibly Saturdays, 9:30am - 2:00pm.

This role is in-person. You must be able to commute to this location.

**Education**:

- Enroled in a Bachelor’s degree program or higher, or similar certification in a relevant field

**Experience**:

- Some experience teaching/tutoring/coaching
- Strong English written and oral communication skills
- French skills are an asset
- Ability to multitask and balance working with up to three students at a time
- Be personable, empathetic, and reliable
- Demonstrate problem-solving ability and critical thinking
- Show a willingness to learn and grow
- Dynamic, energetic and outgoing personality - Learning has to be fun

**Responsibilities (Position Details)**

You will work directly with students as an Interactive Coach with the following responsibilities:

- Teaching up to 3 students at a time at different levels
- Teaching in-person
- Following the Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies
- Filling in post-lesson notes
- Completing daily student communication updates
- Maintaining a friendly and professional manner at all times

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary Range**: $18 - $20 / hour to start

**Schedule**:

- Evenings (3:00pm - 7:00pm)
- Monday to Thursday
- Saturday availability (9:30am - 2:00pm)
