**Job Description**:
The Human Resources Team strategically partners with the leaders of our organization to provide support with employment legislation compliance, employee and labour relations, recruiting and retaining top talent, performance management and training with the focus of meeting and exceeding goals and expectations set by senior leadership. Our team researches, plans, develops, implements and evaluates best practice Human Resources and organizational strategies. As needed, data is analyzed, prepared, and presented to the leadership and senior leadership team to support business functions.

As the Manager, HR Systems and Workforce Optimization, you will:

- Be responsible for the ongoing day to day management and development of the programs in the Analyst stream of the Human Resources department, including oversight of timekeeping, workforce optimization, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and the processes managed by the TES partnership
- Lead the team to research, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate Human Resources leading practice in areas of responsibility.
- Provide oversight, guidance and continuous development regarding the Human Resources related systems including Kronos, PeopleSoft, and the RMS, including the integration, integrity and dissemination of data
- Analyze, prepare, and present data to various levels of leadership and the Human Resources and People Experience program to support business functions and decision-making
- Provide guidance to team members on how to approach data analysis and leverage the creation of human resources products to drive an organizational approach to HR data and access to it for leadership decision-making
- Participate in program planning, evaluation, risk management, and the promotion of service excellence and quality improvement across RVH
- Undergraduate degree
- Post graduate certificate in Human Resources management
- CHRP/L designation preferred
- Five years of prior experience in Human Resources analyst functions
- Working knowledge of computer software (Outlook and Microsoft Office)
- Advanced excel skills
- Working knowledge and technical understanding of Human Resources Information systems, Scheduling and Recruitment Management systems
- Experience with vendor management

- Have strong planning and critical thinking skills to be able to provide innovative solutions for complex Human Resources problems
- Have a continued commitment to growth and development of self and others
- Possess strong data manipulation and analytics skills to drive data informed decision making.
