**Le rôle**:
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un spécialiste de la mise en œuvre pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance dédiée à la réussite client Dans ce rôle, vous serez un.e acteur.rice clé dans la réussite des clients au cours de leurs premiers 90 jours, en garantissant une expérience d'intégration exceptionnelle. Vous aurez la responsabilité de superviser tous les aspects du processus d'intégration, facilitant ainsi une transition fluide et agréable vers l'utilisation optimale de Push pour nos clients.

**Responsabilités**:

- Animer plusieurs sessions de formation avec jusqu'à 5 clients différents par jour
- Définir et exécuter un lancement réussi avec chaque client en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes
- Offrir une expérience de service exceptionnelle à chaque session de formation, en apportant une réelle valeur ajoutée aux clients et en répondant à leurs besoins spécifiques
- Établir des relations solides avec les clients, garantissant leur fidélisation et leur entière satisfaction
- Investiguer et résoudre les problèmes techniques des clients de manière efficace, en les escaladant au besoin pour assurer leur résolution rapide et complète
- Identifier et saisir les opportunités de vente croisée lorsque cela est approprié
- Collaborer de manière transversale avec les départements tels que les ventes, le support et l'équipe des paiements pour garantir une expérience de lancement harmonieuse pour chaque client
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe Produit pour fournir des retours d'information des clients, contribuant ainsi au développement continu de produits impactants pour le client
- Assurer une coordination efficace avec les coordinateurs de projet pour garantir le succès de chaque lancement

**Compétences et qualifications requises**
- Vous avez plus de 2 ans d'expérience en intégration client/implémentation au sein d'une entreprise technologique
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en gestion de projet, avec la capacité de gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches et priorités concurrentes
- Vous êtes un.e communicateur.rice fort.e, à l'oral et à l'écrit, avec d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles
- Vous êtes capable d'évaluer les besoins des clients et de déployer des stratégies appropriées pour les satisfaire en temps opportun
- Vous avez la capacité de traduire des concepts techniques complexes en langage simple et facile à comprendre
- Vous analysez les défis de manière proactive et proposer des solutions efficaces
- Vous avez une attention immaculée aux détails
- Maîtrise de la langue française et anglaise
