Residential Dispatcher

**Responsibilities**:
**Bobtail dispatch (Home residential)**
- Plan and monitor customer deliveries
- Build and dispatch bobtail runs
- Monitor Neevo system ( Tank monitors)
- Work with billing/payments
- Assist the drivers on the road (make customer calls during the day: put away dogs, open the gate, clean the driveway etc. )
- Work with the shop team to make sure the equipment is in optimal working condition.

**Pedal dispatch**
- Plan and monitor Pedal deliveries
- Build and dispatch Pedal runs
- Monitor Neevo system ( Tank Monitors )
- Monitor daily delivery quantities in order to maintain an optimized delivery schedule.
- Reaching out and staying in touch with customers to make sure their propane needs are met (crop dryers, construction sites etc.)

**Position Requirements**:

- Coordinate and plan with dispatch team routes for residential and small commercial clients
- Effectively communicate specific dispatch requirements and procedures to drivers
- Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Generate operational reports as required
- Manage the utilization of fleet and monitor driver hours

**Qualifications**:

- 3 to 5 years dispatch experience preferably in a residential propane setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interact with drivers and customers
- Strong creative problem solving and decision making skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage fast-paced work environment and collaborate with a team
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
