**Practice Area Profile**:
BCG Platinion launched in Germany in 2000 to add deep technical expertise to the Boston Consulting Group’s existing capabilities. Today, our presence spans across the globe, with offices in Asia, Europe, and South and North America. Our New York-based North American team began in 2014 and in 2017 acquired MAYA Design, a Pittsburgh-based digital design and innovation lab, to grow our capabilities around technology and design.

**You’re Good At**:

- Developing functional and technical requirements and evaluation of IT architectures
- Developing functional concepts
- Supporting IT product evaluation and selection
- Restructuring of IT organization and core processes
- Supporting IT product planning
- Conducting IT product management and quality assurance
- Participating in IT due diligence, assessments, recommendations, and future-state designs

**What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)**:
**You Bring**:

- BA/BS in information technology, business administration, computer science, business management, or system controls or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in the execution and management of technology
- Experience in IT organization (prior experience at a consulting organization highly preferred) and process development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to perform in high pressure situations
- The ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment—proposing innovative ideas, building empathy within the firm, and winning the trust of the clients
- A highly professional and driven mindset, with the ability to think strategically and end-to-end
- Entrepreneurial know-how, proactiveness, and productiveness
- A distinct client and results-oriented mindset
- Good interpersonal skills, but also judgment independency and autonomy
- The highest ethical standards
- Willingness to travel around the globe to work with clients and BCG teams. At times, this role involves significant travel to client sites. The amount of travel will depend on client needs and nature of projects
